A celebration of quiet elegance — French Linen Crinkle is born from the finest European flax, woven with care to reveal its natural, textured beauty. The delicate crinkle effect speaks of effortless grace, soft and textured to the touch, yet never losing its refined, timeless presence.

Breathing with every movement, this linen is cool against the skin, offering airy comfort in the warmest of days. Its subtle rumpled texture creates a quiet rhythm, a fabric that drapes with fluidity and ease, and softens with every wear.

Rooted in the earth, this linen brings with it a sense of grounded luxury — a natural fabric that remains beautifully true, season after season.

Care Instructions

Crafted slowly by hand, botanically dyed, and woven with sacred care, each piece deserves tenderness in return.

To preserve the essence of your AYA piece:

- Hand wash in cold water with gentle, natural soap. Harsh detergents may strip away the plant-based colors and natural energy of the fabric.

- Do not soak or bleach. Each dye is alive — made from roots, flowers, and leaves. Like all living things, it deserves gentle handling.

- Dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight, to honor the integrity of botanical dyes and maintain the fabric’s strength and beauty.

- Iron on low heat if needed, ideally with a layer of cloth between the iron and garment.

- Store folded or hanging in a cool, dry space, accompanied by herbs or a natural sack.

At AYA Sacred Wear, we honor the ancient art of plant-based dyeing — a slow, intentional ritual that connects us to the rhythms of nature. We use only botanical and mineral dyes, drawn from leaves, roots, bark, and flowers, all lovingly gathered in harmony with the Earth. Each piece is hand-dyed in small batches, making every garment a unique expression of the elements.

Our colours shift gently with the seasons, the moon cycles, the rains and the sun. No two dye baths are ever the same — and that is the beauty of it. Imperfection is not a flaw, but a signature of nature’s hand.
